Student Life Grants
The Student Life Grants are a University-wide competitive scheme. The purpose of the grants is to support school-based societies and activities that build connections amongst students and engage them with contemporary issues and career opportunities in their primary field of study.

Applications must be submitted using the online application system and support the Student Experience Strategy. Each proposal will be assessed according to its likely impact on the student experience in alignment with two strategic initiatives within the Student Life stream:

R2.1 School-connected student organisations in all schools.
R2.2 An expanded program of co and extracurricular activities.

Applications open on 21 October and must be completed by 20 November 2019. This will allow your faculty or University school Associate Dean (Student Life) time to review your application prior to the final closing date of 27 November to ensure alignment with student life aspects of the Student Experience Strategy and to provide a supporting statement which will allow for your proposal to be taken forward for consideration by the selection panel.  Late applications cannot be accepted.

Supported activities must run between 1 January and 30 November 2020, noting that applications which promote ‘drop-in’ events and engagement opportunities for all students continuously through the semester, for early engagement and tapering off toward the end of semester, will be highly regarded. Funding cannot be rolled over into the next calendar year.
